The new k5nJournal project will be a diary and weblog client application built
on top the javacaltools iCalendar library.
This project is in the planning and prototyping stage with an alpha-level
release expected in the coming months.

- The first public release of dbi4php
is available. The dbi4php tool is a database abstraction layer for
PHP that has been part of WebCalendar for over five years.
It is just now being distributed separately so other applications
can make use of the tool.
- Jan 29, 2006 - Java Calendar Tools 0.1.0
- An early release of the Java Calendar Tools is
now available.
- Jan 26, 2006 - DevPointer Launched
- A new website developed by k5n is now online.
The DevPointer site is a one-stop
location for finding developer articles.
This new site runs software developed by k5n and leverages open source
tools such as MySQL, PHP and Smarty.
- Jan 9, 2006 - New Article Published
- A new article titled Creating an Online Event Calendar
has been published on k5n.us.

- A prototype of the next generation interface for
WebCalendar has been posted
online. The new interface will focus on XHTML/CSS compliance.

- March 10, 2004 - WebCalendar 0.9.43 Released
- The first official WebCalendar release in many months,
version 0.9.43 adds new documentation, fixes numerous bugs,
and plugs some security holes recently found.

- WebCalendar's home page has been moved from SourceForge.net
and is now hosted on the k5n.us website.
New WebCalendar content will continue to be added.
